He brings with him valuable corporate experience of over three years with Jindal Steel and Power Limited, where he was responsible for handling and controlling financial statements, preparing monthly management reports for Head Office, and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for operations in the State of Jharkhand. This exposure has strengthened his practical understanding of large-scale industrial operations and complex financial systems.

In professional practice, he has rich experience in handling statutory compliances under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Goods and Services Tax (GST) Law, and International Taxation regulations. His advisory portfolio includes Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Overseas Direct Investment (ODI), cross-border transactions, and setting up business entities in India and Europe.

Sandeep has successfully led and conducted statutory and internal audits of numerous corporate and non-corporate entities. He has also carried out statutory audits of branches of leading nationalized banks, including State Bank of Patiala, Corporation Bank (now Union Bank of India), Punjab National Bank, and Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank.
